One of my favorite memories about this time of year is the sound of trumpets, to the tune of Joy To The World, echoing throughout our small town church. The melody, played by my sisters and I, paired with festive Christmas trees, twinkling strung stars and lumineers lining the sidewalk brings me all the nostalgic joy.
